Jack was previously an Entrepreneur In Residence at Whitestar Capital. He built one of the earliest tokenization products under the Swiss DLT Bill framework. He also wrote the Unreal Primer into Real World Assets. which hit 1M+ impressions and is widely read among financial institutions. He is an expert in tokenization designs.

Nathan B. Crocker joins Checker with over 20 years of combined experience in technology and finance. Prior to joining Checker, he served as Managing Director and Global Head of Core Systems at Galaxy Digital

Nathan is also an author of the forthcoming book "AI-Powered Developer," showcasing his deep expertise in applying AI tools like ChatGPT and Github Copilot for innovative software development. He has an extensive experience in technology and finance with his prior life as an engineer at numerous Wall Street banks.

Justin brings 20+ years of experience as a COO, CFO, and Treasurer in both traditional finance and digital assets. He spent 13 years at Morgan Stanley Prime, 5 years at Tower Research, and was the former COO/CFO at Abra, a Series C digital assets platform. Justin has built operations, treasury, risk, trading, and finance teams and processes from the ground up, as well as the systems and technology that underpin them.

Justin holds a BA from The College of the Holy Cross and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.

Mike has 18+ years of accounting, operations, and risk experience in traditional and digital asset markets. Mike spent 14 years at Taconic, an $8B+ multi-asset hedge fund, managing the operations team along with the repo and borrow desk. Mike was Head of Trading Operations at Abra where he built a global, 24/7 coverage team, eventually moving over to head up the Credit and Trading Origination team.

Mike holds a BS in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Penn State University.

Michael Hutner is a seasoned executive and angel investor. Michael is an advisor for Checker.

As the former CEO/GM at Eze Software, a unit of SS&C Technologies, he oversaw over 1,100 people across multiple product lines, serving over 2,500 clients globally including asset managers, hedge funds and sell side banks. Currently, Michael is a Member at New York Angels. He is excited to support and mentor early-stage startups in the fintech and AI domains. Prior to his fintech career, he worked at PwC in the Financial Advisory Services practice.

Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Boston College.
